Once inside
(three steps from the street),
find the bright open-plan living room with large windows and sliding doors
opening to a large patio (with retractable awning) overlooking the garden.
The living room has a sofa bed for two, two armchairs
and a dining table sitting comfortably six.
Air conditioning, Sat TV smart, Hi-Fi and great WiFi coverage.
Fully equipped kitchen area:
toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, built-in oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher are all there.
The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size 140 cm double bed,
a large wardrobe, a 40” full HD SAT TV and has direct access to the patio.
Both bedrooms are fully equipped with linen and everything.
The second bedroom has two 90 cm separate single beds that can be easily joined,
a large wardrobe and a window overlooking the patio. Of course, also a largesmart TV.

Two bathrooms are fully equipped:
the bigger one has a double sink, jacuzzi bathtub and washing/drying machine.

This villa comfortably sleeps 4 people or up to a maximum of 7
(including the sofa bed in the smaller room).
As shown in the photos, all furniture and equipment is high quality, modern Italian design.
A spiral staircase in the garden leads to the rooftop with a beautiful view
of the surrounding mountains and a glimpse of the lake in two different directions, East and West.
It is also a great spot to sunbathe in private.
